Executing Storm Shred rotation is incredibly simple, and Storm effects constantly reset our Ultimate skill cooldowns. Upon entering combat in D4, we first cast Hurricane to debuff our enemies. Next, we activate Lightning Storm; thanks to Hero of the Storm modifier, Storm will follow us wherever we move. Shred
Shred is the primary damage-dealing skill in Storm Shred build. Consequently, we invest 15 points into it as well and apply Storm Shred modifier.
